Kelly Wilson-Timmins is an associate at Boehm, Brown, Fischer, Harwood, Kelly & Scheihing, P.A. Kelly was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar on April 21, 2009, by Ninth Circuit Judge Frederick J. Lauten. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida-Levin College of Law. As a student at UF, Kelly earned a Pro Bono Certificate for her work as a certified legal intern at the Levin College of Law Pro Se Clinic. She also earned an International and Comparative Law Certificate for significant academic achievement in the field of international and comparative law, which included a semester of legal studies at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Kelly was a winner of the Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy (JTLP) Open Writing Competition and served as JTLP's galleys editor and articles researcher. Kelly was also an active member of the International Law Society and the Entertainment Arts & Sports Law Society. She graduated from the University of Michigan-College of Literature Science & the Arts with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Psychology.
